Just like Rachel here, who cares about our members so much, she once spent 8 hours waiting in a hotel lobby to help a customer return a rather expensive purchase. Who knew razors could cost that much...

Just like Anya here, who, as a new grad, could have been forgiven for being overwhelmed when given the responsibility to own all of Yonder’s social content from day one. Not Anya. She immediately cracked on, testing and experimenting. Some things worked (who’d have thought doughnuts would make us LinkedIn famous?), and some didn’t. Either way, she owned the outcome, which is what we’re all about.

Just like Kate here, who, despite skepticism from some teammates (cough, Tim), set up a quick test in our CMS tool (which, by the way, she barely knew how to use), to see if our members would enjoy spending their points on a cheeky coffee. Turns out, she was right, and our world-famous Yonder Coffees was born.

Just like our backend engineers Harry and Harry here (yep, it confuses us too), who spent the entire last day of our summer offsite working together to fix a rather serious technical issue caused by human error. No blaming or finger-pointing (that’s not how we roll) - just good, old-fashioned teamwork.
